Terms & Conditions – Booking Classes at Core Community

1. Cancellation Policy

• Private lessons: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Duet classes: A minimum of 12 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made after the stated notice period, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in the full session credit being deducted / charged.

2. Extreme Weather Policy

Classes will be cancelled under the following Hong Kong Observatory signals:

• Red Rainstorm Warning

• Black Rainstorm Warning

• Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above

In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather:

• Clients will be notified as soon as possible via our booking system / WhatsApp / email.

• The affected session credit will be automatically returned to the client's account and can be rebooked.

Classes will generally resume once the signal is lowered, subject to instructor and studio safety. Clients are advised to check their messages or contact the studio if unsure.

3. General Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Session credits and packages are non-transferable.

• Core Community reserves the right to amend class schedules or cancel sessions when necessary (e.g. instructor illness or safety reasons). Affected credits will be returned.

• By booking any class or package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our general studio policies.
